 | 749 is a stable shoe that doesnt have much cusion. Good for durability and stability. I cutt the tounge down because it rubbed my top ankle but overall solid shoe.

| I have runn in this shoe while training for Naha Marathon. Decent shoe with good support. Not much cusion if thats what your looking for. I cut the tonge down a bit because it rose too high and rubbed my top ankle area, but over all stable with good support.
