| Good shoe for Pose running
(2009-08-29) | Rating | If you are into Pose running, or any of the similar techniques, then these shoes are for you. There amount of cushioning is minimal, as is appropriate for a shoe in this class, but sufficient. I find I have enough room up front for my forefeet, but I'm not swimming in them either. So they aren't sloppy. These are very nice, responsive shoes. (Write a review) (Reply to this review) |

(2009-04-28) | Rating | I second the other review about these shoes. They are ugly but fast. I train in Mizunos but usually race in Asics. These shoes have converted me. I find the Mushas to be more responsive, light, but still give me that small amount of support that I need. (Write a review) (Reply to this review) |

| Better be fast
(2009-04-19) | Rating | These shoes are ugly. There is no other way to put it, but they are also fast. It is hard to find a racing shoe that provides a little support. Mild overpronators will find that the Wave Musha (horrible name as it sounds too much like mushy) is perfect for them and allow them to move from light weight trainers to racing shoes.
