Rating | I've run in Wave Nirvanas for about four years - and I will now have to change. Been using the new 5's for about three weeks and they just aren't the same. Not sure what they changed - but it isn't for the better... (Write a review) (Reply to this review) |

Rating | I've tried quite a few shoes over the years and find these to be one of the most comfortable shoes on the market. Sometimes, when going for a long run, my feet would hurt by the end of my run, but not with the Nirvanas. I'm sold on these. They could be a little lighter, but I'm not looking to run fast. I just want to run for a long time. (Write a review) (Reply to this review) |

Rating | Ran in 1,3 & 4 of this shoe. 5 is the best since the original. Love the updated wave plate and extra rearfoot stability. Shoe lays down excellently with a lower profile feel. Light for a max stability shoe. Bought a pair to wear at work and one to run in. My main shoe for 2009. Lovely job Mizuno! (Write a review) (Reply to this review) |

Rating | Mizuno changed the wave plate in these shoes and made them much firmer. Gone is the nice blend of cushion and support. I like the fit, but probably won't buy another pair. (Write a review) (Reply to this review) |
