 | Great shoes! Lots of cushion for a light weight racing shoe. I don't only use them for racing though. I do most of my training in them without problems. Definitely better than what I expected.

 | These flats offer an decent amount of support for a racing flat. I need overpronate somewhat so it is sometimes hard for me to find a pair of flats that work. I wouldn't call these support shoes, but they have more support than your typical racing flat. Pick up a pair if you want some support while racing.
