| believe it or not, an excellent hybrid

 | I've run a trail marathon and a road marathon in these shoes, and twice paced at the VT100. It's an excellent all around shoe, solid, reasonably light, adequate cushioning, and 2 pair have both given me plenty of miles. The toe box is quite roomy which works well for me, ymmv.
If it were a little bit lighter I'd give it a 5.0.
