Editor's Review:
Adidas® caused quite an uproar when they upgraded the Boston a some years ago. The resulting shoe was not a bad shoe, it just wasn't the Boston many people had come to love. Consequently, Adidas reintroduced the Boston as the Boston Classic and renamed the upgraded shoe the Rotterdam. Happily, the Boston Classic is true to its namesake. This is a long lasting, well-cushioned shoe with good flexibility. It is also fairly light for the amount of cushioning you get, so in addition to being a great training shoe, it makes a great marathon shoe. It runs a bit narrow and small so take that into consideration when choosing your size.
Retailer's Description:
Men's adidas® BOSTON :: A classic running shoe brought back by popular demand. The men's adidas® Boston is THE choice for the runner who needs lightweight cushioning in a running shoe for everyday training. 10.8 ounces

A great shoe that I will buy again
The Adidas Boston is a much overlooked shoe. I think that people looking for a classic cushioned trainer will find a lot of love in these shoes. I do the majority of my training in these shoes.

One of the best shoes I have ever owned
The Adidas Boston Classic is the best cushioned trainer around. I hope they never change this shoe. The cushioning is just right as it isn't overboard but still responsive. The Classic runs small, so you may want to buy a half size bigger than you usually buy.

A great shoe that I will buy again
The Boston Classic is a nice soft cushy shoe. It does run small, so buy it big, but if you get the right size you will find plenty of room for your toes. It is flexible, neutral, and well cushioned. Just what you want in a cushioned trainer.
