The NordicTrack® S 3000 Treadmill is a professional grade machine designed for home use. The powerful 5 HP will get the belt moving at 12 MPH (5 min/mile). The 60-inch x 20-inch is ample enough for even the longest strides. If you are planning on running lots of miles indoors, then this is the treadmill for you.
