This machine is a great value. The 2.5 HP continuous-duty motor will get the belt moving at up to 11 MPH (5:30 min/mile). That is fast enough for most people. It also has one of the lowest start speeds of any machine available (0.1 MPH) so you don't need to worry about getting shot off the back when you start the treadmill up.
