Slip, Slide, and Slush

We go quite a dump yesterday and although I saw plenty of stars when I stepped out the door, the roads were still a mess. Even with my studded Wave Riders, I was slipping and sliding. Overall, I felt OK. My ankle was not sore, although I did notice it from time to time. My left quads also felt better, especially as the run went on.

Overall, I put in 11 miles at an average pace of 7:52 and a average HR of 145.
