I did not run these hill hard as I am now starting to feel the impact of Sunday's hard run. My right outer bunion is still sore, even with the modified insole, and I am generally tired. Even so, I was able to cruise these 10 hilly miles at 7:30 without too much effort.
I also walked for 2+ miles in the afternoon.
Cross-training: 2.0 miles
Running: 10.0 miles
Shoes: Sacouny Azura
WTD running: 15.5 milesW
TD total: 21.0 miles
