OK, so now I'm paying for Wednesday's run. Yes, it does occasionally take two days for a hard workout to catch up with you. I had intended to run 10 miles at 7:30. I ended up running 9 at 8:00!!! Yuck. I just had no energy and no will to move any faster, so I didn't.
