Given that I had such a hard workout yesterday I'm surprised I feel so good. Today is a recovery day so some rowing, weights, and spinning in the morning for the equivalent of 6 miles plus six at lunchtime for a total of 12. The noon run was at an easy pace, but the road was rather slippery due to the new snow. Day number two of running on somewhat slick roads.
