Today was a pretty easy day with 3.5 miles of cross-training, including rowing, core strength, and spinning, followed by a lunchtime 5.5 mile run. My muscles and joints all feel pretty good with one exception. My right bunion is a bit sore. It only hurts when I land on it so I am trying to land more on my midfoot or even my heel for now. I'll need to modify an insole to take the impact off my bunion.
