Today was a scheduled recovery and cross-training day. Good thing too, because after yesterday's run I took off my sock to notice a very black toenail. Funny how it didn't hurt till I saw it. Anyway, I am clearly going to loose it and it hurts quite a bit now. Today I rowed for ten minutes, did some weight and core strength training for 20 minutes, and then got on my bicycle trainer for another 45 minutes. I'll call it the equivalent of 6.5 miles.
I will also walk for 3.5 miles this afternoon
Cross-training: 10.0 miles
Running: 0.0 miles
Shoes: n/a
WTD running: 23.5 miles
WTD total: 35.5 miles
