Holiday Week

Here is the rest of my training for the Christmas week:

Wednesday:
10 miles out and back on hilly HR. I was tired and felt heavy so pace was only 7:46.
Shoes: Flash

Thursday:
Six miles on some occasionally slick roads with T. Almost lost it going down on hill on the ice. 12 years ago I broke my right wrist after slipping on the ice going down hill.
Shoes: Pegesus

Friday:
12 miles in Orange and Milford CT at 7:30. Starting to get some energy back.
Shoes: Burn

Saturday:
Off/Christmas

Sunday:
19 contrived miles in Orange and Milford CT at 7:23. Energy was reasonable. Feet hurt, but then it is time to retire the Burns. I managed a slight negative split even though the first half was mostly down hill and with the wind and the second half was mostly uphill and against the wind
Shoes: Burn

WTD running: 65.0 miles
WTD total: 68.0 miles
