Nice 4 mile walk at a good pace through Shelburne Farms. So far the only consequences from yesterday’s hard run seems to be a slight right ankle injury. The pain on the lateral right ankle only kicks in when walking up hill and doesn’t hurt when running. I’m not too worried about it.
