Today's Sunday long run was 16.5 miles at 7:22 pace. This out-and-back course is my Boston simulator and is mostly downhill on the way out and mostly uphill on the way back. Still, I managed to to run the second half faster than the first. Miles 13-15 were at MP: 6:58 (almost all uphill), 6:47 (mostly up hill), 6:38 (mostly down hill).
My right hip is still sore so I had to stop three times to stretch.
