I am feeling a bit sore from yesterday's hill workout, so I did not push the pace today: 12 miles at a 7:33 pace. My left calf is a bit tight and my left medial shin is slightly sore again. I messaged my and stretched my calves after the run and they feel better now. I'll ice my shin during the day. I'm not too worried about it, but better safe than sorry.
It was warm again today (mid-thirties) so of course I overdressed again.
