More of the usual Monday routine: rowing, weight, yoga, core strength exercises, and 5 miles of running. Hips are fine after being tight on Sunday.

Cross-training: 2.0 miles
Running: 5.0 miles
Shoes: Puma Complete Heras (retired)
WTD running: 5.0 miles
WTD total: 7.0 miles
