Limb Kiln Hills

The Limb Kiln loop has become a Friday staple, but lately it has been done with racing flats, at a moderate pace, and with a dozen strides thrown in. Today, I took it very easy (7:55 pace and 144 HR) and wore a soft pair of Nike Pegasus. The right ankle seemed fine, but I am concerned about my left ITB, which hurt after the run, but not during.

Walk 2 miles at lunch.

Cross-training: 2 miles
Running: 10 miles
Shoes: Pegasus
WTD running: 31.5 miles
WTD total: 40.0 miles
