Hill, hills, and more hills

I ran my Boston simulator today. Although this loop features lots of hills, the most prominent are three long downhills on the way out followed by some flats and three long uphills on the way back. Given that I have been tired lately (due to either overtraining or too much Halloween candy, take your pick) I had a decent run: I averaged 7:35 on the way out (downhill, but against the wind) and 7:25 on the way back (uphill but with the wind).

I had no pains, so ITB pain I thought I felt earlier this week was nothing to worry about.

I get a recovery week next week, so 45 miles of generally slow running.
