Running Ahead Training Log

I've tried lots of training logs, but have been exclusively using the one at Running Ahead for over a year now. They recently updated the log to make it more multi-sport friendly. I highly recommend that anybody looking for a running or multi-sport training log give the one at Running Ahead a try.
